   » Brazilian Salad
- Preparation:
- Shell the shrimp.
- Place them in a baking pan and add the chopped coriander, half the vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Let marinate for 10 minutes. Drain the juice from the marinade in a small bowl and add olive oil.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Pit lawyers and describe them in slices.
- Add hearts of palm cut into slices, stir the whole gently by adding the shrimp and serve.
