   » Roast chicken with vinegar GRAPE
- Preparation:
1 - Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (thermostat 7).
In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, grapes and chopped garlic.
2 - Rinse the cavity and outside of the chicken, blot with paper towels. Fold wings under the chicken and carefully draw the skin of the breasts.
Rub the flesh below the skin with the mixture of oil and the cavity and outside of chicken.
Put the cloves of garlic and lemon in the cavity. Tie the legs together. Salt and pepper.
3 - Remove the chicken on the grill pan. Roast one hour. Remove from oven and tilt the chicken in the pan so that the juice out of the cavity. Drizzle juice and put the chicken in the oven.
4 - Remove the chicken to a serving platter and let stand 15 minutes.
Cut and serve with rice, fries, etc.. To reduce the fat avoid eating the skin.
