- Preparation:
• Rinse tomatoes under cold water, then dry thoroughly with a clean towel.
• Prick each tomato then several shots of a pin and spread in one or more jars.
• Add the cinnamon stick in detail in several pieces, cloves, mace and cover the whole of the vinegar.
• Close the jars and let macerate preparation in a cool, dry and dark for a month before use.
